Michael Kendall represents clients in lawsuits pending in state and federal courts throughout Georgia. Many of these lawsuits involve wrongful death, serious personal injury and related insurance claims. Mr. Kendall also handles first party property insurance claims, arson and fraud claims, bad faith insurance claims, general liability insurance claims, and uninsured motorist claims. Mr. Kendall has litigated hundreds of insurance coverage disputes on behalf of insurers, small businesses and individuals. He has been selected as a "GoTo" lawyer in this area of his practice. Mr. Kendall has tried and argued countless cases in magistrate court, state court, superior court, district court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has litigated in other states across the country, including Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia and Utah.
Mr. Kendall also represents clients in contract disputes, construction defect litigation, employment disputes and constitutional tort claims. He has represented clients in excessive force cases, First Amendment cases and whistleblower cases.
