Kimberly DeWitt Mowbray has practiced all aspects of civil litigation since graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1998. Ms. Mowbray began her career as a staff attorney for a non-profit corporation, where she represented low-income individuals in all manner of civil cases, with a special focus on assisting victims of domestic violence with a wide variety of legal issues, including housing and child custody. Ms. Mowbray continued her litigation practice in Atlanta at a mid-sized civil defense firm and a boutique firm specializing in trucking accident defense. Since joining Kendall Law Group, LLC in 2010, Ms. Mowbray has continued to represent individual and corporate clients in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Mowbray has extensive experience in every aspect of civil litigation, from the initial evaluation of a legal issue through trial, including all discovery and motion practice in between. Ms. Mowbray’s practice areas include premises liability and negligent security; construction defect litigation; automobile and trucking accidents; insurance coverage analysis and litigation; contract disputes; bodily injury claims, including catastrophic injuries; and wrongful death.
